Jeff's idea of "Daddy Daughter Date Night"

It was Allison's turn to have a date night with dad. She picked Chinese food for dinner of course... because that is her favorite. (At least it used to be.)

So Jeff found a new Chinese buffet that he heard was good.

As they went through the line, Jeff spied a nasty looking squid (NOT Calamari)

- gooey, tentacles and all.

He told Allison he'd give her $10 bucks to eat it. She refused.

$20 - no

$30 - no

A new outfit at the mall?

Here's the tentacles...

Here's Allison playing with them

Here she is eating them...

Here's Allison almost puking!

Here's Allison in her new outfit from the mall!

Got to love those nights out with dad!

She is a smart cookie! That is a cute story... it looks like you are friends with Laurel? Sorry about the hot weather (at least your kids have air conditioner in their classrooms, right?)

Jeff of all people daring others to eat crazy stuff? I remember sitting on the sidewalk of Tokyo with Jeff as I shamed him into trying some Eel, he made that same face and almost puked!

that is sooo funny. And so Jeff. Way to go Alison, to hold out until the bet was a good one!

Cute outfit!! Not sure it's cute enough to eat wiggly alive looking squid though-she's a brave girl. (i could barely choke down fried calamari smothered in ketchup with my eyes and nose closed...)

Eldon, you should have promised Jeff a new outfit in Tokyo and maybe he would have been more adventurous

Good one Heather. I love Allison's face as she's choking it down. She's too cute.

So gross...but well worth is. Tell Jeff I'll eat one too if he'll buy me an outfit at the mall.
