I picked this book up at Costco for $10.
I love this cookbook. So far there is only 1 recipe that I won't make - and that would be the seafood soup. I don't do fish in soup...nor should you for that matter.

Except for one soup called "Salmon Chowder," which I LOVE. And that says a lot from a girl born in beef country. But, really, does salmon count as REAL fish?
