I made these this weekend and they were sooooooo good. (Did I mention they were easy too?)Here you go...
- 2 cups oats
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter or oil
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup white flour (can use all whole wheat)
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
Top with a pat of butter and enjoy. I like using all whole wheat flour - I just like it a little heavier.
